To mitigate cancellations, reversals, or conflicts, each project commences with the creation of a scope of work document and a thorough discovery/analysis process. This ensures that all stakeholders are informed about the project's requirements. Due to the time and effort invested in completing any task, completed work is non-refundable.
If both parties mutually agree to terminate the contract, ownership of completed work transfers to the client, and any payments made for future work are forfeited. There are no reimbursements for initial expenses or deposits. Once the project development phase begins and the client approves the mock-up illustrations, no further monetary transactions occur.
Partial refunds for ongoing project stages are not provided. Additionally, our marketing team's services for special occasions are non-refundable and subject to specific time constraints.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-7 days and credited to the client's account according to established guidelines.

Packages for web and app services are non-refundable, although cancellations may be requested in writing up to thirty days prior to the scheduled start date. Failure to claim a deposit or payment within thirty days will result in forfeiture without compensation.
